有代表称人大履职必须得开会
全国人大代表、广东省财政厅厅长刘昆表示，“人大代表是通过会议的方式，依法集体行使职权，而不是每个代表个人直接行使职权。”突出的是“集体行使”，而集体行使权利有一个问题，就是开会，所以人大代表的会议要保证一定的时间，不能无限制地压缩。
